Our work is about change. We seek to create opportunities for neighbors with barriers to employment to move from their current condition of instability to a stable one.
As a Christian organization, all of this is rooted in the Story of God found in Scripture. God has a plan for everything in our world and our lives that needs mending. We believe that every human being was created to join God in that process of transformation.
Our Restore Jobs Program is at the center of this work. We offer transitional employment, coaching, life skills training, and above all, transformative friendship, to individuals with barriers to employment.
Regardless of what someone has experienced in the past – incarceration, substance abuse, material poverty, or homelessness – Restore Jobs maximizes the opportunities to move towards holistic stability.
